Recipe : Manhattan (dry)

3 parts Canadian Whiskey
2 parts Vermouth
3 dashes bitters (found at Albertson’s!!)

Mix over ice. Shake. Pour into two glasses, preferably not styrofoam or plastic cups (which you are using because your martini glasses are buried in a sea of cardboard and dissent).

Black and Decker my ass. You need a gas powered blender for gas powered cocktails in less than 6 seconds. Super excellent for the back country and filling your new place with fumes.

Oh, Manhattans are one of my most favorite cocktails! When feeling particularly girly, I opt for a Southern Manhattan. particularly manly? Old Fashioned. Just plain sexy? Tullamore Dew, on the rocks.
