    You know, if you ever need extra money, you could start “Rent a family.” You, Dooce, Leta and Chuck could go to people’s houses, perhaps when the boss comes over for dinner and pretend to be part of the happy family. Of course, if the person who is renting the family is a man, the boss might wonder why his employee has both a husband AND a wife. Sounds like a bisexual polygamist to me.

    I don’t know about dogs, but I know my cats dream, probably of mice, or at least of running away from my four-year-old. It’s the funniest when they start moving their legs and meowing in their sleep.

    This is what our black lab does when he is bored. He puts his head on your lap and will stay there until you go outside and throw the ball for him. Cute — but such a pain in the ass!
