“The Golden Age of Wireless” still gets regular rotation on my iPod. Great interview! The only thing cooler is if you could do a Q&A with Howard Jones…

That’s freaking awesome. How could anyone ever want to interview anyone else? Good job and I’m jealous.

    Ohhhh, Howard Jones. Yes!

Thomas Dolby rocks, and thanks for the bits of trivia on other albums which he played on or produced. Didn’t know any of it but it makes me like Foreigner and Def Leppard even more.

Jon, Dude, you’re so freaking computer savvy, I don’t even understand your questions. I can picture our interview

Jon; “So, Sally, Did your interface co-wire with your external gigabyte on that last record you cut?”.

Sally: “Uh…Duh…Yeah, Sure Jon, it did just that, at mega-speeds”.

LOL.. Sally,..me too. I like to pretend that I understand (I even nod my head while reading — as if you could see me– and say uh-huh,..mmhum..Really though, I’m just here for the pretty pictures.

If MP3 files could be worn out by repeated play, my Dolby collection would now be the electronic equivalent of Venusian dust. What a cool opportunity to interview him, and what a great job you did drawing out his uniquely memorable personality and genius.

    Freaky cool!

Thomas Dolby was the first concert I saw with the woman I have been with since 1984 (scary). Tangent: the opening act was Corey Hart (Sunglasses at Night). He kept tripping over the mic cable.

Always been a Dolby fan, both as a musician and producer/influencer.

Howard Jones was also a first for us and has long-time sentimental value.

    Nice score Jon.

Dolby is a genius and you, sir, are a legend. Did you get to touch him?

Wow — I listened to “Two Wheels Good” not long ago and was amazed at how well it stands up. It has always been one of my favorites. Bonny is simply outstanding. I was happy to see you reference it!

    Good interview Jon.

    Awesome.

I immediately forwarded it to my hubby who is a huge Dolby fan.
