These look fake, but I assure you they are very real. And kind of cute.

I love those. Lantana, I think? I had maroon and orange ones in my garden once upon a time.

They’re Lantana. When I was in Africa, I saw them growing wild in all of the drainage ditches and burst out laughing. I explained to my companion how people pay a lot of money for those plants in the US.

For Etsy? At least I think it would be a good one.

They look like they’re floating in the air. Very pretty.

I logged in so I could say how lovely the photo is. I love those flowers; they’re so happy and bloom all the time. Then I realized that Jill Shalvis left you a comment … you ARE cool.

I spent many a hot summer’s day destroying wild lantana plants because they’re poisonous to horses. I think about that every time I see one. I always see them as weeds (pretty flowering weeds) because nobody around here actually plants them, they’re just there.

I love how unreal the colors on lantana are. This one is, appropriately, known as “Confetti.” Lovely shot.

Pretty, pretty photo.
Sadly, lantana is an invasive weed in Australia… As well as choking out native plants, agricultural areas and river banks, it’s poisonous to stock.
We don’t have the cold weather that Utah gets to keep it under control.

Not to sound picky, but wouldn’t it be Floria Flora week? Sorry to be a wordie jackass. I’ll duck away now.

Oh, and great shot! I’ve enjoyed this week’s shots, regardless of what you want to call them.

Lantana is as awful as they all say. Its also an Asteraceae which gives the flowers the ability to change color over time. And have flowers on the same group be different colors which is pretty unusual.
A very lovely photo.

Very nice…
Would defenitely buy it if on Etsy… would be perfect in me bedroom!
