Scary Branches

They aren’t that scary. But Happy Halloween all the same! Eat candy! Barf!

It should be noted that the two dogs at our house sat patiently for me while I took this shot yesterday. It was well into the 70s here. That would be lower to mid 20s for you Celcius lovers out there.

I think our lovely autumn is coming to a close soon.

    It’s gorgeous here, too, today. After walking outside this morning, I called to my husband to come see the beautiful Halloween decorating we had outside our house–a spider had woven the largest. most beautiful web under our front gutters that I had ever seen.

    And motivated by this, I guess, he came home from the store with a package of Russell Stover American Classics chocolates called Mississippi Mud Truffles. We’re not big candy eaters, so I asked him why he bought them and he said it was our Halloween candy. Mmm-m-m, high class chocolate for Halloween. Beats the hell out of candy corn and Reese’s pieces. ; )
