I can’t decide if this is a 4:20 reference or note to someone called Herb. More likely, it’s a negatively applied term.

Kind of ironic. Kind of funny.

That ornamental detail with all the urban grit and whatnot is pretty tasty.

You certainly do not need to keep this as a comment but I happen to know that this is how drug dealers advertise. With graffiti. The 11 is a clue for potential buyers. The arrow tells you which way to go.

Many of the more ambitious dealers hire the local cream-of-the-crop guys to create elaborate, wall sized, works of art with clues embedded in them.

This is what I get to know by living with a cop.

  Thanks for taking the time to share this! I wondered about the arrow and the 11. They seemed to be saying something more. Then I thought I had seen too many episodes of Law & Order and got too deep into The Wire and decided I’d need to research. Then something shiny flew in front of me.
