Cloud Boomerang

Maybe it’s the cold meds, but I see a boomerang shape in the clouds. For the photo nerds, I shot this using a neutral density filter and boy howdy does it show. Even on the lowest setting, the results have been fantastic.

    oh, i see it. it took me a minute. it’s a boomerang of light reflecting off of the clouds. beautiful, vivid sky… the effects of the ND filter really enhance this shot. lovely.

    oh, and this was a decent week… finally getting a hint of the fall weather you’ve been enjoying for a while now. autumn has an effect on me that’s a bit like spring… the change in the quality of light, the feeling in the air… it’s invigorating.

    I see the boomerang, but at first I thought maybe this post would be related to Cloud Atlas, which I am reading after loving the movie trailer, and it’s fantastic.
