Took this a few weeks back in City Creek Canyon, just around the corner from the state capitol building in Salt Lake City. I’ve been pushing the processing pretty hard on my recent shots, but this one didn’t warrant going too bananas. As I write, it’s snowing and cold. Winter is here. So the warmth in this photo is helping me not dread the coming days of freezing.
I’ve been so sick for so long (most of this month) that it’s become a way of life. I’m travelling today for a professional thing (more in a different post) and I’m excited to have the travel push me out of my health funk. I’m hopeful. Always hopeful.
