Wow. I love all of these – but the second one is my favorite.
It actually looks like one of the only two times I’ve ever visited SLC. My brother-in-law and his oh-so-cool, beautiful Irish wife live on the 800 E and 500 S block. I need to visit them soon.
I’m a snow fan – especially when it’s fresh. I just had a laugh at one of the girls in the office that just got back from NYC – she says that the snow over in the states is, wait for it… “softer” than the snow in the UK. What do you think jon? Did it snow while you were in the UK?
Beautiful pics Blurb..thanks for sharing.
I just wanted to mention that I have noticed that you and wifey say “Suck It” a lot. I love that about you two!
i don’t know for sure, but i can tell you that snow in utah is “lighter” than most other places, given its incredibly low moisture content. now whether that makes it “softer” is another story.
Wow. I visited Europe this Christmas and having never seen snow falling, I was very excited of the prospect ov seeing it. We only saw snow once, thankfully it was falling at the time – and it was in paris. I love these pictures and would love to take a walk down that street.

almost makes me wish we had winter over in this part of the world, but I detest the cold. =)
Nice pictures. I think the third is my favorite.

Snow can really pretty things up, can’t it?
The middle one is gorg.
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas.
Beautiful. The third one is the best one.
I know this has nothing to do with this entry but I wasn’t sure where the comment section was on Dooce’s website.

Mmmm. I am very jealous of your snow. Hrmph.
Oh that is sooo pretty. I miss snow. Living in SW Florida we don’t get much snow here! I have my air conditioning on today in fact!
GORGEOUS. I love them! I have got to get me a cameraphone, goddammit!
This makes me miss Utah.
Gorgeous. However, I like all three the best. I think they work as a trio and none is more beautiful than the rest.
Snow really does have a way of helping us find beauty in everyday things…
Shit, man, I live in CANADA and my boulevard Elms don’t look that awesome.
almost wish we had snow in this country.
almost. =D
beautiful photos.
It looks like 13th South heading West towards 13th East. Am I right? I always try to guess where you take your pictures.

Your winter pictures are better than mine. Damn.
Making a comment here reminds me of visiting the Principal’s office in high school.
Man, your camera phone pictures are better than the picture my “real” digital camera takes. You don’t know how depressing that is.
