Outside of Price, I think
March 25th, 2005Spring 1998, 35mm cross-processed. Cross processing, because someone asked in the comments, is when you take print film and process it with slide chemicals or vice versa. So you have E6 and you process it as C41…
The chemicals are lovely. Embrace the chemicals.
p.s., I’m using the wicked awesome Future Post in Movable Type. I can queue these up to publish at any time I want. Which is sweet.

How the heck does future post work in movable type? I always try to do that, but it never ever posts! I have to go back and set it to publish now and save it.

Maxigumee, you have to set it up on your server. Elise.com has a great tutorial on it and depending on your host, you can do some tests to set it up. It took a few tries with my host, but I had to call tech support and have them run the script on their end. If you are hosted by Liquidweb, they have a control panel that lets you do it.

i wanted to try that cross processing (a slide film in a C-41)thing but my boss at my photo lab won’t let me do it because she says it will messed up the chemicals. did you get a professionnal lab to do it or did you do it yourself?

I used a film lab process these. They didn’t raise a fuss. I can’t remember if they charged me more or not.
