LOVE the picture! Dunno why I am attracted to sparse moonscape landcapes. I have a magazine cutout of a photo I love from New Mexico - an old road (hardly discernable) and a crater. For your picture - I can feel the oppressive HEAT.

This is a fantastic shot. Wow. I am in awe. I have to ask what is that place? Are they tiles on the ground? What kind of lens did you use?

I’m about to buy my very first SLR and I’m going for the Nikon D70s. With thousands of hours of practice I hope to be able to take shots like that. Thanks for sharing.
