To the best wife, friend, mother, lover, writer, photographer and freak that a person could ever hope for, I hope your day is better than the one last year.

While I’ve made the cake, I don’t think we’ll get food poisoning like we did last year. We won’t be at an airport, trying to survive until our plane takes off.

You are my angel, my miracle and my strength amongst so many other things.
