What can I do to make you feel better?" Repeat incessantly. 3. Give everything away, and make the people who want your stuff come and pick it up. Having less junk is very zen. I always feel so serene when we move all the furniture out of the house to shampoo the carpet and there is just wide open space. At least until we have to move all the furniture back in. 4. "Honey" has become my least favorite word in the English language as it is the word DH always uses to address me whenever he is "put out" with me.
