Macworld | Editors’ Notes | 10.5.2 update shows Apple listens to users

I just upgraded my tower to Mac OS 10.5.2 and found the pointers in this editorial to be helpful in getting at some of the new features.

The headline is a approaching hyperbole, but the update does let one turn off the translucent menubar. Which was bugging the crap out of me when I was working in any app but the Finder. o

    Ha! every single person at the office said “ahhh” at the same time when they discovered that the translucence was gone.

    Now if they would just fix the IMAP issue in Mail.
