i knew it was april fools before i saw the tag :]
So that must make me special.
Today is my Misha’s birthday. She would have been 13 if not for the big white truck and her insane love for jumping fences.

From the title onwards it was just a good advert for April 1st… never would I believe that statement!
April 1st, 2008 at 3:47 am
You made me feel very sad and in shock for half a second, congratulations
April 1st, 2008 at 4:37 am
Jon, don’t do that to me at 6am! I was all like “Say it isn’t so!”. Even my Mac shivered a little. Nice April Fool’s, well done!
April 1st, 2008 at 4:45 am

April’s fool does not exist in Spain
April 1st, 2008 at 4:57 am
LOL that was too obvious
Never in a million years would I believe you’d stoop so low! Next you’ll tell us you’re giving up your iPhone?
Great April Fool’s prank for Mac and PC users though - the ‘kernel panic’ or ‘blue screen of death’ screensavers! http://www.creativetechs.com/iq/kernel_panic_screensaver.html

I thought you were going to say that you’d been hit with Troika’s Newton Virus.
Bwahahahahahaha……

“I’m going back to the Mormon Church” would have been more believable.

I was all like “huh?” Then I saw the tag. Doh!
April 1st, 2008 at 7:48 am
nice. I almost panicked… oh but we are going to boot out our last PC and become a 100% mac household. So very excited!
We’re finally setting a good example for the child.

Damn, I am too gullible.
April 1st, 2008 at 8:32 am
It’s funny….I have been up for hours. I sat down to drink a second cup of coffee, kids are at school, grab my notebook and dive into my reader…I read dooce first (sorry Jon)…but it wasn’t until I saw your latest post when I clicked on Blurb that I even remotely remembered that today was April Fool’s Day. Funny stuff….getting a PC…you crack me up.
April 1st, 2008 at 8:38 am
Like any of us fellow Mac-ers would believe you.

my CEO stole my laptop for April Fools–I’m the IT director, un-cool :(. he also told our Quality Director (it’s a hospital) that we have to go through our quality review survey over again… she was REALLY going to quit.
but i helped to orchestrate the hideous faux sky lights that cover the fluorescent lights in his office… they had Dilbert on them. haha!
Jon, i didn’t believe you for one second! But let me know if you really want to, we’ll set you up a Rokken PC.
April 1st, 2008 at 10:54 pm
For those of us stuck working on a PC at our jobs…
ObjectDock
Making the PC experience somewhat like my beautiful MacBook Pro…
