have you noticed a change in chuck since you got coco? we have a new dog in the house too now that mike moved in with marley (92 lbs, 16 month old boxer), and at first josh, although he liked marley at dog beach, couldn't figure out why the hell this dog was in the house all the time.

now, when mike and marley are out of town, josh positively mopes. it's wrestlemania all day every day when they are together.

this shot makes me smile - there is NOTHING in the world like dogs playing in the sow

except, perhaps, for dogs playing in the ocean

your photos are truly fabulous - thanks for sharing them

I love this series. The expressions on their faces are awesome. Chuck looks a little caught off guard in this shot, and Coco looks pissed!

I have a dog who looks sooooo much like Chuck that sometimes I think that your photos ARE of my dog. But then I see Chuck's legs -- my guy is a Corgi/Lab mix so he has much shorter legs. Much like mine. :) But the face? Chuck could be my dog's older brother.

I love this photo. I'd love to get a second dog but (1) my husband would NEVER allow it and (2) my dog craves attention and would hate to share me.

My seven year old son wants us to get a second dog. We did have two, but our beloved ridgeback died of cancer almost 3 years ago. I miss the cavorting that used to go on in our house with two dogs, but, not the chaos :). Nice pic Jon, is your life full of chaos, or should I give it another shot?

Chuck and Coco are the American version of my two dogs (as in they live in American whilst mine are in Jolly 'Ol England). Morris is speedy so Max can't keep up, and barks at Morris in total frustration. When Max finally susses Morris out, and attacks, Morris is doomed and therefore has a small gnat (which alarmingly looks like a small shih tzu?) attached to his ass for the rest of the day. They love each other though (I think).
