Right before Heather and Maggie’s panel. This is the green period, people. Compare and contrast to this one, taken last summer. o

    Very interesting.

If I stare at it long enough, I see an eye of a very large robot

I like this better than the previous summer’s green; however, I would love to see a third. Then I would buy the triptich.

Like you, I have a bit of a thing about shooting things by looking straight up. It’s just one of those perspectives that people don’t seem to notice in their day-to-day lives; of course, it also results in quite a few stares (and the occasional comment).

Love the shot. Can you detail any of the post treatment?

About the light being on - in Vancouver we enjoy a bit of the overcast/light to heavy showers kind of weather for most of the year, which is kinda hard to see in without the extra light! (That’s the best I could come up with, but really there’s no reason for the light, eh?)

I love this! You have such an interesting eye and find things that most of us would pass by without even noticing.

Gorgeous. Much better than the other one. I love shooting lights. Have you ever considered selling prints of your work?

My kids thought I was nuts when I was flat on my back taking a picture at the Monterey Aquarium.

    It was an awesome shot.

And no one tripped over me.

I have stared at this for a few minutes and I like the green roof particularly. The way I see it now is like a metal robot garden with a big flower. Me likey.
