I was reading John Hodgman's blog and came across a talk from TED regarding the intelligence of crows. Your picture ignited an idea in me and I apologize if my enthusiasm is encroaching. However, I thought you might like the talk as well.

That's the rare Canadian Black Eagle, Jon. My girlfriend introduced me to them on my first visit to Vancouver last year. Breathtaking, aren't they?

"Man, there's not a year goes by, not one year, that I don't here about some escalator accident involving some bastard kid that could have easily been avoided if some parent, I don't care which one, but some parent conditioned him to fear and respect that escalator!" - Brodie, Mallrats

Your fellow Croc fan from South Dakota.

This reminds me of the other world contrast of seeing a neon sign backed by the Wasatch Mountains. There are times that cities seem the natural landmark and then nature added in un-naturally. However, animals and plants never seem to obey the rules we enforced on them like the ducks that contstantly show up on the lawn of my office complex.

Whoa. You see my city in ways I've never even fathomed.

If you decide to sell any of your Vancouver pics, my bare front entrance wall is a waiting customer.
