Marine Inspired Light
June 2nd, 2008These are all over Granville Island in Vancouver. Really cool decorative lights that also serve as streetlights. Plus, one more for the light meme that I’ve been fascinated with for the past year or so.

Heather said that you may be becoming a two-camera family soon. May I say that I am shocked and dismayed that, as a fellow Mac geek, that you haven’t had two cameras ages ago?

I got married under those lights, quite possibly not that exact light, more likely a few lights down…close counts in light strings and hand grenades.

I love Granville Island - bought a hat in the market the day you all were meeting up with other folks, but couldn’t stick around (also bought pork belly at one of the butcher stands and Irish ham at the ham and cheese store - a store devoted not just to cheese but to HAM, too. Civilization at its best.
