Frondy
August 11th, 2008It’s good weather week!
Taken on the dream vacation in Florida. That we paid for ourselves. That we hold dear and will remember for years, but likely cherish most dearly in about 3 months, when snow is falling.
I need to thank all y’all. Thank you for reading. Even if you hate me. THANK YOU. Your support has changed my life in ways I am only beginning to be able to verbalize. Thanks for the links, the discussion and the mind expansion. I’ll never be able to repay you, but wanted to thank you, just the same. o

Thank you for sharing it all with us, for being willing to open yourself and your life up to strangers, friends and family. I wish I was so brave. Maybe one day…
ummm… Thank you for blogging and being all sorts of awesome.
I have to echo what Debbie said above. The give and take of thoughts and ideas and creativity is what the Internet has become about for me, so you’re welcome but thanks for your part, too. Your focus lately on photography has made me open my eyes up a little more and take more photos that I might otherwise not try.
You are so welcome! And thanks for sharing yourself with us. You are one of my favorite bloggers and I really like your calm style, for lack of a better description. I find your evenhandedness a real standout in my rss reader and I always stop and really read your posts. So thanks!
You are welcome! And thanks for sharing, too. I miss you techie articles, but I’m loving the pictures and everything else you have been posting! Keep up the awesomeness!
I always enjoy your site, so the thanks goes to you.
No, dude. Thank YOU.
What’s to hate? I so enjoy both your and Heather’s blogs. It inspired me to start my own blog. Both of you are hilarious and a lot of fun to read. So, it should be us thanking you, as the others above have stated, for sharing yourself with us, for giving us beautiful pictures and beautiful glimpses of your experiences. I find you both very unjudgemental and very accepting - like folks I wouldn’t find sitting down and having a drink with. I hope you both continue on for years to come. Again, thank you.
You’re very welcome, and thanks right back! You and Heather are two of my favorite complete strangers, as a result of the bravery you show by being so “out there” with your lives. If I knew you, I’d invite the two of you over for dinner and a drinkie or two.
Jon, thanks for being you and supporting your family to be themselves, too. People being authentic in life is how we cut through all of life’s bullshit and get down to living as right and in harmony with each other as we can.
Thanks to you! I enjoy reading about you and Heather! I agree with leesavee……You two are a hoot and my favorite complete strangers too!
You’re so welcome. And listen - whenever you’re sick of that snow come on down to Dallas and get y’all some barbecue. Hey, we may be part of the bible belt but we are the crazy ones who went after the Mormons.
Awww, shucks!
Aww, what a sweet post! I can’t imagine anyone with a brain in their head hating you (or your lovely wife), but thanks for the post
And thanks for sharing all that you guys share, and your beautiful photography and hilarious writings.
My new boyfriend is currently struggling with depression, and I’ve pointed him towards some of Heather’s more candid posts about it. They’ve helped me immensely over the past few years and I’m hoping that it strikes the same chord in him and hopefully pushes him to seek help (he thinks he ‘will be OK’ and can manage without help).
Thank you both, so much, for sharing your struggles, highs, lows and general life with all of us. You’ve helped some people more than you could ever know
Taking a tropical vacation just months before the snow starts to fall is what separates us from the animals. Well that, and the thumbs.
I read that last sentence as: I’ll never be able to rapey you, but wanted to thank you, just the same.
I was like WHY WOULD HE SAY THAT??
hahahahah i don’t know where my mind is today, but it’s definitely somewhere weird.
I enjoy coming here. Even if you hate me.
