Ladder Vertigo
October 28th, 2008Everytime I get on a ladder, there are a few moments when I wonder if this was such a good idea. And then I wonder if ladders were such a great idea. And then I get over it and remove the snow from the satellite dish.
I’m hoping this winter will be gentler all around, with the exception of massive snow in the canyons. o

need to invent a heated satellite dish! We’d make a MINT!
I hate them too btw, tho thankfully I haven’t had any snow yet.
Very cool shot tho.
I get dizzy when I’m waiting for elevators. on solid, flat ground. I have issues.
That is exactly how I feel about airplanes. Except I get over my fear with Xanax and then get on the plane.
My exact feelings about elevators. The whole way up, and the whole way down. I go to… well, a nerd convention (yes, Star Wars, and Trekkies, and a multitude of other terrifying unwashed gamers in costumes) in downtown Atlanta yearly. The Westin Peachtree Plaza is one of the host hotels, and is home of one of the tallest elevators in THE UNIVERSE. (At least, that’s what it feels like when you’re trapped in the death box, dangling above the city.)

Not my flickr, but the best photo I could find of that unholy terror. 73 stories. Ugh.
