It takes a lot longer to get out the door, you're back to carrying the diaper bag, and eventually toys/snacks/spare clothes, etc. Have Leta help as much as possible, when she wants. You can have her bring the diapers at diaper change time, etc. When kid #2 hits three, everything is truly a breeze. And they do entertain one another early on. Leta will probably be fine until the baby can get mobile and get into her stuff! Oh, and buy Touchpoints by T. Berry Brazelton if you don't already have it.
