This little fella won’t let go of its leaves. And I won’t let go of this magnificent autumn.
That’s not the ProzacĀ® talking. I haven’t started my seasonal dose yet. Soon, my precious, soon. o

Seasonal Prozac, eh? I didn’t know you could do that. And the change in hormones (going off, going back on) doesn’t throw you totally for a loop??
Beautiful shot, btw. The leaves (esp. top one in focus) look kind of like butterflies.
I read the title an hour ago as “Backyard Strangler,” and thought it made perfect sense. Now, I can’t for the life of me figure out how.
love stragglers. not sure why, but georgia o’keefe came to mind when i saw this photo. ok, i’m sure why.
Beautiful capture. I love fall images. I have one tree in my backyard that is still hanging on with a mixture of green, red and yellow leaves. Hope it hangs on for a while yet.
Sorry to interrupt this beautiful photo of fall, Jon, but this news made my head explode:
Paulson Unveils $800 Billion Plan To Unfreeze Debt Market
I’ve got to know if anyone out there knows:
1. Where is this money coming from? Do we just keep printing dollars until the presses catch on fire?
2. Where is this money going? Where did the other 700 billion go? Why can’t we force Paulson to tell us who got the money?
3. Is Paulson going to totally sink the economy before he leaves just like Bush did the country? Is this the Republicans’ revenge for Obama’s win?
4. Why is every American not out in the streets yelling,”I’m mad as hell and I’m not going to take it anymore!!!!!”
