From last October. Taken in Tribeca (I think). Loved that this looked like it had been touched up, but still had a good amount of wear. How about that “INC.” tucked in there?

I’m back from my dad trip to Houston for the Dad 2.0 Summit. This year was so much better in just about every way. I felt better. The conference felt bigger in the right ways. Without exception, all the panels were ones I didn’t want to miss, including the ones on the same track as mine.
Reconnecting with old friends, making new ones and meeting people I hope will be friends was restorative. And I felt a little bit triumphant. Last year I was in such a state of profound sadness and this year was the exact opposite.
