I took my girls to Zion National Park last week. It was great! We hiked!

As a kid, I spent a lot of Easter vacations at Zion and it meant a lot to share the beauty and the grandeur with my girls. Watching their eyes bulge as we looked up at the sheer cliffs was priceless. We hiked a couple of trails and they were troopers. I was especially proud of Marlo, because on our second day, she hiked 1.5 miles up, found the energy to play on the rocks and in the sand at the Upper Emerald Pools and then hiked the 1.5 miles down. Once we got lunch, she and her sister played and we did another mile along the Virgin River.
This was a long overdue trip to Zion National Park and it won’t be our last.
