In May, I went to San Francisco to a photography conference and stayed with my friend Kent and his family. This friend is my bass playing cohort in Swim Herschel Swim. Kent makes a living as a composer, but has been in a ton of bands since the Herschel days. His latest project, King Loses Crown (Facebook, SoundCloud), just released this amazing video done by director Jim Mitchell (IMDb). I got to see this song performed live at the Elbo Room and it was definitely a standout.
