These guys missed the free lunch courtesy of the dog mentioned here. Alas.
I’m hoping that cameras keep upping the megapixels. Why? Because I want to be able to crop and still have a usable image. The 5D’s 12 megapixels is fine, but it’s really the lowest I’d want to go. Sure, I could have slapped on the 70-200, but we left it in the hotel safe. On purpose. That lens pretty much screams, “EXPENSIVE PRO LENS HERE!! YOU CAN MAKE A LOT OF MONEY BY STEALING AND RESELLING THIS LENS.”
I know. Paranoia. What’s a traveling photographer to do? You want the shots, you gotta shoot.
