Maybe not so hard this time?

This image was hurriedly shot and the subject matter was decidedly underexposed as I was in a hurry. There is likely a maxim out there about slowing down and getting the image captured at the site of capture to avoid a lot of processing work.

Every second you take before you push the shutter release saves you a minimum of 10-15 minutes when you get back in front of a computer. All I would have had to do is adjust a few settings and I would have saved myself an hour or so of working the adjustments and the finicky work with the adjustment brush in Lightroom.
