Taken while riding shotgun in a golf cart. While we weren’t going 70 miles per hour, it was a fun exercise to try to frame images while moving. I tried to shoot with the fastest shutter speed and deepest focus. It was a challenge to get usable images, but I figured at 1/4000th of a second, something would be in focus. In order to get that shutter speed, I shot this wide open at ƒ1.4. Miracle!

I love the composition of this and I’ll be sharing a few more of the from-the-hip-moving-vehicle-shots over the coming days. Look at that red paint and peeling stucco. Like a bath in texture. Awesome.
