So It Goes

Kurt Vonnegut Is Dead at 84

I remember seeing Breakfast of Champions in the hands of an upperclassman in my high school debate class when I was a freshman. It took me two years to be able to check it out of the city library, because it was always checked out. I went through a huge Vonnegut phase after that. Reading him felt like entering a new, semi-forbidden world. Cat’s Cradle is my favorite.
