Weathered and Winded

Weathered and Winded

You could add “worn” to the title if it made you feel better. This was taken near Double Arch in Arches National Park. I had good morning light for a couple of hours before it started to flatten out. This was one of the last good images I shot before heading back home to Salt Lake City.

LOVE it!! You got some really great shots out there with Jarvie. Beautiful tones. I don’t normally comment (forever stalkin) but I wanted to mention I noticed a difference. :)

Thanks! This one I chalk up to a sweet lens and great light. Half the battle is being in the right place at the right time prior to pushing the button. Always inspired by Mr. Jarvie.

I always used to deny the usefulness of a sweet lens, but switching from Canon kit to L series was like night and day. There is some super sharpness here.

It really is that blue. The light was great that morning.
