These are simply amazing and amazingly simple in their beauty. Wonderful job!

Great shots, Jon. I usually don’t photograph people, or at least not openly, but some of the expressions you’ve captured here really make me want to try genuine portraiture.

8485 (page 2, top row, 4th from the left) stood out to me immediately and is one of my favorites.

These are great Jon…makes me wanna go out there just to photograph it. How did you keep your camera clean by the way!! I would have been way too anal about my 5D and lens gettin’ all that dust on it!

I taped the hell out of the body and the focus ring. Poked a hole in a gallon ziplock bag and taped onto the body. I also did a cling wrap between my lens and camera body. I didn’t change lenses the entire day. I also changed cards at the truck, away from the crowd.

The photowalk organizer had a truck for us with canned air and at the end of the day an electric air compressor to clean us and our cameras. I’m amazed that the camera was so clean afterwards.
