Looks like they’re using Parallels and Virtue.
I’d love to know the amount of RAM and how hard it pushes the processor. For web development work, I can’t imagine a cooler way to test across browsers and platforms.

UPDATE: Running two OSs simultaneously on a dual monitor setup with an iMac: Video 1, (10.4 MB), Video 2 (11 MB). I would imagine that a more powerful desktop machine with a decent video card would smoke at this. The XP startup is pretty slow, but not slower than our PIII 800MHz Dell box.
