What is it about car audio repair that feels like you are dealing with the shadiest people alive? Way worse than buying a car is the experience of dealing with installer shops. I dropped my car off at 9:15 this morning. Called at noon to get an update. Hadn’t even started. Called again at 2pm. “Give us an hour.”
Gave them two. Heather dropped me off and after waiting 15 minutes to get help, the front guy assigned to my action tells me that no one has touched my car for two hours.
I put off coming in to this place for this very reason. At least I had the prescience to bring my headphones. And I’m on a free wifi node.
